Granted 10 days remand of Militant Sumaiya

The militant surrendered women Sumaiya has granted 10-day remand in Rajshahi court. Sumaiya was produced in the Senior Judicial Magistrate Amoli Court-3 in Rajshahi on Sunday around 11:30 am on Sunday. The women militant Sumaiya arrested from Rajshahi’s Benipur Astana, was present at around 11:30 am. After the police requested for 15 days remand. After the hearing, Judge Saiful Islam granted a 10-day remand for Sumaiya the investigation officer and SI Altaf Hossain of Godagari Police Station.
Sub-inspector of Godagari police station Naimul Haque filed a case on Saturday evening in connection with the incident in Benipur. In the case filed under the Anti-Terrorism Act, Sumaiya has been accused in the case. In the case, the charge of firing fireman Abdul Matin, attempt to murder police members, arms, explosives and jihad books has been charged. In this case Sumaiya was asked for 15 days of interrogation. The court granted him 10-day remand for interrogation in the custody of the police station. He was taken from the court to Godagari Police Station, said Police Inspector Altaf Hossain.
